Not Your Typical Golf Event! 

Justin Fitch was a retired U.S. Army combat Veteran who knew what it was like to suffer from post-traumatic stress. Justin was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2014.  While he fought his battle with cancer every day, he also worked tirelessly to raise awareness and funds to help build a family retreat center to help battle buddies and their families cope with post-traumatic stress and thoughts of suicide.  The Active Heroes Retreat, envisioned to benefit all active and retired military veteran families deal with traumatic stress and the trigger points of veteran suicide, was just that center.  It was Justin's "Final Mission" to see it completed.

Sadly, US Army Ret. MAJ Justin Fitch (June 26th 1982 - Oct 3rd 2015) lost his battle with cancer on October 3rd, 2015.   With that, his final battle was over, but his mission endures.  In 2016 TRAKAmerica partnered with Active Heroes to present an annual "Enduring Mission" Charity Golf Tournament to see this mission through.  Please view the short video above, feel Justin's impassioned plea and join us for our 2017 event in Orlando, Florida and help make this dream come true.

Our partner Active Heroes, is an outstanding charity whose mission is to support U.S. military service members, veterans and their families through physical, educational and emotional programs providing coping skills in an effort to eliminate veteran suicide.

Its Founding Board Member and President Troy Yocum personally undertook an 18 month long “Hike for Heroes” campaign spanning 2010 and 2011, in which Troy (himself an honorably discharged service man) with his wife and support team, literally walked across America – from sea to shining sea and back; 18 months and over 7,000 miles to raise $1.3 million dollars and awareness for Service Families' needs. Active Heroes continues to do fantastic things.  In 2016, we partnered with Active Heroes to establish our annual Enduring Mission charity golf tournament to see the build out of their National Retreat through to its full and successful completion. This year, TRAK is partnering with NARCA and their Spring Conference to present our 2017 Enduring Mission Charity Golf Tournament.  We encourage everyone to not only participate, sponsor and donate to our event, but to also follow the link below for more information related to the Active Heroes charity, their activities and how you can help.

Event information & Registration

The Active Heroes 2017 Enduring Mission Charity Golf Tournament presented by TRAKAmerica and NARCA will be held in conjunction with NARCA's 2017 Spring Conference on Wednesday, May 17th, 2017 at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes resort and it's Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida. Conference registration is encouraged for all NARCA members, but not required for participation in the charity golf event.  Golf event registration, sponsorship and donation is open to all.

The Tournament Format is a handicapped 4-man Scramble. Teams will be formed and handicapped based on information provided with registration. Tournament competition and prizes will be for both Low Gross and Low Net handicapped team scores.

Golfer Registration Fee: $350/per golfer ($75 club and $25 shoe rentals are available at golfer's expense; payable by you at the pro shop on event day upon your arrival; however, please reserve them in advance with your registration here).  Golf Registration will be limited to a participation maximum. A full roster is anticipated; please register early to avoid being closed out.  Please also review and select from Sponsorship Opportunities below.

A Silent Auction will be held during the luncheon featuring a mix of pop culture, entertainment, music and sports memorabilia with proceeds going to benefit Active Heroes Charity!

Sponsorship Opportunities

There are a variety of ways you can sponsor the event.  Accompanying golfer registrations are based on availability up to player participation maximum; we do anticipate a full roster, so please act quickly; first come/first serve.

Hole Sponsorship = $3,500 each; Each Sponsors’ name will be displayed on signage at one golf hole to recognize your contribution. Sponsorship includes 2 golfer registrations, recognition in the event program and a Sponsor award at the Luncheon.

Golf & Beverage Cart Sponsorship = $3,500 each; (Max 4) – Each Sponsors’ name will be displayed on signage attached to either each participant golf cart or the beverage carts circling the course during the event. Sponsorship includes 2 golfer registrations, recognition in the event program and a Sponsor award at the Luncheon.

Contest Sponsorship = $3,500 each; (Max 6) – Each Sponsors’ name will be displayed on a sign at a Proxy Contest location; eg. Longest Drive, Nearest the Pin, etc.; Sponsorship includes 2 golfer registrations, recognition in the event program and a Sponsor award at the Luncheon.

Awards Sponsorship = $3,500 each; (Max 4) - Each Sponsors' name will be displayed on a sign at the Awards Display Table. Sponsorship includes 2 golfer registrations, recognition in the event program and a Sponsor award at the Luncheon.

Shirt Sponsorship = $5,000; (Max1; purchase deadline 4/10/2017) – Sponsor’s Name or Logo to be embroidered on the golf shirt distributed to each golfer upon arrival.  Sponsorship includes 2 golfer registrations, recognition in the event program and a Sponsor award at the Luncheon.

Food Sponsorship = $3,500 each; (Max 4) – Each Sponsors’ name will be displayed on signage at the Breakfast/Luncheon buffet table. Sponsorship includes 2 golfer registrations, recognition in the event program and a Sponsor award at the Luncheon

TRAK Network Sponsorship = $4,500; (Max 8 - available to active TRAK Network Suppliers only) Provides Sponsorship Donation to the event; includes up to 3 golfer registrations, one of which may be a requested selection from an available list of TRAK business guests (first come first serve basis); recognition in the event program and a Sponsor award at the Luncheon.

Diamond Sponsorship = $5,000; Sponsors’ name will be displayed on signage at one golf hole to recognize your Sponsorship Donation to the event; includes up to 4 golfer registrations, recognition in the event program and a Sponsor award at the Luncheon.

Platinum Sponsorship = $4,000; Provides Sponsorship Donation to the event; includes up to 3 golfer registrations and recognition in the event program and a Sponsor award at the Luncheon.

Gold Sponsorship = $3,000; Provides Sponsorship Donation to the event; includes up to 2 golfer registration and recognition in the event program.

Silver Sponsorship = $2,000; Provides Sponsorship Donation to the event; includes up to 1 golfer registration and recognition in the event program.

US Army World Class Athlete, 3 time US National & 2014 US Olympic Bobsled Team Member and Active Heroes advocate, SGT Dallas Robinson KY National Guard, will join a contingent of Veterans and Active Heroes Charity leaders who will share with you their stories and the impact the Active Heroes Retreat is having on military families in need. 

Proximity prizes will be awarded for a variety of skill challenges such as Longest Drive, Closest to Pin and more. Tournament Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Low Gross and Low Net scores. There will be a Hole-in-One contest on a selected par 3; a pre-paid 24-month lease for a 2017 Audi (model to be determined) will be awarded for the first Hole-in-One, courtesy of "Audi South Orlando"; with additional aces receiving other valuable prizes.  Please follow this link to Audi South Orlando!
